Accessibility

This site is produced by Ombudsman Western Australia. It aims to provide comprehensive information about the Ombudsman's office and its services. The site has been designed to be as accessible to as many users as possible.

Using the site

The site has been structured so it can be easily navigated through. Every page has the main menu on the left hand side and the second level pages 'pop out' when section headings are moused over.

There is also a search function at the top of each page so content can be found easily, or alternatively the Site map lists all pages within their relevent sections.

There is also a breadcrumb trail on every page to see exactly where you are in the site, and where you have come from.

Software requirements

Throughout the site, there are documents and files that require specific software to allow the user to view files. Most computers will already have the required software installed. If however, additional software needs to be installed, the following list of free software may be helpful.
