Our newsletters give us the opportunity to share the latest information with our valued stakeholders about our projects and initiatives, introduce you to our
staff, update you on new functions to be undertaken by the office, present case studies
of our complaint resolution, detail new approaches to the way we undertake our
work and provide helpful information about good administrative practice.
Our newsletters are distributed electronically twice a year to all WA public authorities, along with community members who have requested a subscription. To subscribe to our newsletter, please send a blank email with 'Subscribe' in the subject line to newsletter@ombudsman.wa.gov.au.
