Please note: The Ombudsman does not respond to queries about named individuals or organisations, and whether we are investigating a matter to do with a named organisation or individual. This is because the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1971 has strict secrecy provisions around any matter complained about, in order to protect the parties and to allow the Ombudsman's investigation to proceed unimpeded. The Ombudsman will only comment about investigations and reports that have been tabled in Parliament. |
