The Energy Ombudsman receives, investigates and facilitates the resolution of complaints from residential and small business customers about their electricity or gas provider.

We can investigate a wide range of complaints, including electricity/gas supply and billing disputes. Our services are free to residential and small business customers in Western Australia.

Do you have a complaint?

If you are a residential or small business electricity or gas customer and you have a complaint, first try to resolve it with your electricity or gas provider. If this does not work, you may contact the Energy Ombudsman for assistance. See Making a complaint for more information.
