We investigate complaints about WA State Government agencies and local councils. 

We can’t investigate:

  • Private businesses
  • Banks, superannuation, insurance or finance companies 
  • Phone or internet providers 
  • Commonwealth agencies like Centrelink, Child Support, or NDIS 
  • Parking and other infringements
